diet with flexible options, no matter what your living situation is (i.e. dorm, house, etc.). Unlike other programs
that encourage strict and limiting regimens, your body will never be deprived of essential nutrients and the
vitamins it needs from meat, fish, carbohydrates, vegetables and fruit.

for the past 7 years.

2. ACCOUNTABILITY  Anyone can give you a diet (whether it works or not is another story), but do they
have a vested interest in seeing you achieve your dream body?

I do. This is what I love doing and what I want to do for the rest of my life. Your success is my business. It's so
easy to make promises to yourself and break them. No one knows if you keep them or not, so you never do.
When you make yet another promise to yourself, guess what? You break that one too. Believe it or not, that

Every night you’ll be required to submit your DailyFeedback, a straightforward food and gym log. You'll be
forced to write down every last thing you’ve eaten each day. And then every morning, I’ll respond to your
DailyFeedback with critique, suggestions and inspiration to make sure you're staying on track and ready to
take on the day! The effect is extremely empowering, and the added element of personal accountability
ensures that we reach your goals.


3. PERSONAL  My program will not and cannot work if it's just an online relationship. I want to get to know
