My Values
My goal is to build an extraordinary and remarkable company that makes the world a better place.
MyBodyTutor will never be your average company.
As I am 1000% certain my program will get you in the best shape of your life, I'm equally certain that I'm
going to build an extraordinary company that will be compared to the likes of Starbuck's and Southwest.
Except, I'm really changing people's lives!
You may wonder how I am going to do this...
(Note: I'm going to write this in the first person to keep it consistent with the rest of this site. However, when I
say, "I," I really mean, "We," and when I say, "My," I really mean,"Our.")
My values are in no particular order. Last updated: 4/12/2007
1. Treat each and every precious client as family. I intend (and want to) do this forever. Each and every
client is a gift. My clients allow me to do what I absolutely love doing!
2. Always be a customer-serving, not self-serving company. Everything I do (and will ever do) will be to help
improve my clients overall experience!
3. You can't fake passion! I will ONLY hire and train EXTREMELY passionate people. I only want to work with
evangelists who believe in the cause and mission of MyBodyTutor. I refuse to ever have anyone on my team
who is not completely OBSESSED with my mission and purpose!
4. Relationships are everything! As soon as I lose that personal relationship and connection with my clients
it's over. I will always strive to build and deepen relationships with clients.
5. Money is my scorecard. Money will never be my driving force. Money is how I measure my impact. I know if
I break my back for my clients, I will be rewarded with the best clients in the world. There are a billion and one
ways to make money. If I was doing this just to make money, I wouldn't be doing this. I am doing this because
I love doing this!
6. I want to help millions of people. I WILL achieve this goal one client at a time. If you treat people like a
God, they'll introduce you to other Gods.
7. What if within a year global competition caused my company and every other company based in the U.S.
to rely only on donations to survive and everything was free?
How would I prepare? How would I change my relationship with customers? Would I change at all? Would I
begin to treat customers like family? Would I involve them in the business, as many family-owned businesses
do? What would I do differently to survive?
I will only be able to sleep at night knowing that MyBodyTutor would not only survive but thrive from my
extremely loyal clients!
8. Always improve and push myself!
9. Always be transparent. There is nothing to hide in business. No hidden agreements. No hidden agendas.
10. Never be ordinary!
11. Always act small! Being small forces you to be better than the big guys.
12. I will NEVER have gatekeepers. I will always be reachable and very accessible!
13. The simple stuff never gets old! Having a human answer the phone, being connected with my clients and
always reminding clients that I value more than their business...I value their success!
14. It's very easy to be a remarkable company when you truly connect with your clients. It's very hard when
you only can relate to the person in the mirror.
15. The power of small steps: I want to build a long lasting company. I will do this day by day, client by client.
Just like we will reach your body's full potential (or your money back!), day by day, meal by meal!
16. In a marketplace filled with corner-cutting companies, I refuse to be corner-cutting!
17. Sometimes, compromise is worse than doing nothing. I will never respond back half ass. I will wait 4 hours
(if I have to) and give someone 110%. People always appreciate 110% effort as opposed to a half ass effort!
18. Strive for perfection! People greatly appreciate hard work, passion, dedication and commitment.
Unfortunately, there are only a few companies left that are truly customer serving.
I will make mistakes! I won't be perfect! But, guess what? If I try my absolute hardest my clients will greatly
appreciate that! 99% of companies don't try their best! They do what they have to do to get by! They want to
maintain the status quo.
The sad part is there are very few companies out there that really strive for perfection. The world is filled with
mediocrity. Good is the enemy of Great! Always over deliver and under promise! People always (and want
to) reward people who give them that extra effort!
19. KISS! Keep it simple stupid. Never over complicate things. People are in love with my company right now.
20. Never take myself too seriously. I don't save lives...I change them. Always have fun!
21. If I do what everyone else has done, I'll get the same mediocre result everyone else has gotten. In an
industry where money back guarantees are more than rare, they are non-existent, we will always offer a
money back guarantee. Why would I ever offer a program or product that I didn't believe in with all of my
heart and soul?
22. Actions speak louder than words! It's not easy to do all of the above. If it was easy everyone would do it!
None of this means anything unless I actually do it. So far so good...
Like what I'm about? You'll love my program.
