Everybody gets knocked down…
It’s not if we’ll indulge. It’s not if we’ll eat more than we’d like to. It’s not if we’ll have a louzy workout. It’s not if we’ll miss a workout. It’s not if we’re not as productive as we planned. It’s not if we’ll have a less than perfect day. It’s not if we’ll get down knocked down.
It’s when.
Because we all will.
