Adam,

If you had told me 3 months ago that I would be wearing a tank top at the gym I would have laughed in your
face! If you had said that I would be running down the East River on a Saturday with no shirt on and be
blowing by people who regularly run (and wear those stupid shorts), I would have looked at you like you had
6 heads.  

Listen, I don’t know how else to say this, but you have shown me that I can accomplish not only what I set my
sights on, but you have also inspired me to dream of goals that, until recently, seemed so impossible.

You know what, they didn’t just seem so impossible, they were so impossible, until I found MBT. You gave me
that extra push I desperately needed. I’d start working out and try to eat healthy for a couple of days and
then I’d get busy and totally fall off track.

Three months ago I weighed 198 pounds, and trust me, it was not muscle. I would look at myself in the mirror
and just be disgusted with how I looked, to the point that I would even question why I was even bothering to
go to the gym. Half the time I would get to the gym and leave just after one look in the mirror.  

To compound the problem, I found that this attitude was not just present at the gym, but it began to extend
throughout other aspects of my life. My performance at work was dismal, I didn’t treat my girlfriend the way
she deserved to be treated, and when I went out at night I would just try to get as drunk as I could, with as
little social interaction as possible with people I didn’t know.   

I can’t thank you enough for quitting your full time job to pursue your dreams and starting this program. Your
passion about your idea, program and website is so contagious and it is just so genuine. This is going to
become the company you dream of. I'm so sure of it because your program is that good.

You really changed my life! I knew I had the determination in me somewhere to accomplish great things, I just
had no impetus for implementing that potential in a resourceful manner. But you, your lifestyle (and the
DailyFeedback!!!) were the catalyst for helping me unlock my full potential and add meaning to my life, and
not just in a physical sense.  

I still can’t believe I’m writing this letter. I really never thought this was possible. You gave me the spark to get
me started and miraculously kept me going. This experience has changed my entire life. Songs that I used to
listen to now sound clearer and more meaningful, books that I read inspire me to be proactive in becoming a
better person, and going to work is no longer a chore but rather an opportunity to get one small step closer
to taking on the world.

Here are the facts, my man. I weighed 198 pounds 3 months ago on January 12, 2007. On a whim, I joined
MBT, and meal by meal, workout by workout, day by day, goal by goal, I crept toward my ultimate destination
– to weigh 170 pounds by mid April.

Well, today is April 14th and what better present to give myself than weighing 168 pounds for the first time in
6 years!!!  Clothes that I almost threw away because they were way too tight 3 months ago, I finally threw
away because no belt can even hold them up around my waist.  

My life has been changed forever and all I needed was just that push to keep me on track.  Having you and
your daily feedback in my head, minute by minute of the day, was the difference between mediocrity, and
success, that I never dreamed I could obtain.  

LOOK AT THESE PICTURES!!!! Something that was so impossible 3 months ago, is now a reality.

Adam, I don’t want this to stop here. Obviously, I have no intention of stopping OUR daily feedback sessions,
but I want the opportunity to change OTHER people’s lives. I want to read a page like this one day and
instead of it being addressed to Adam, have it be addressed to me. I want someone to say, “Mark, I could
not have accomplished my dreams without your help. You believed in me and that’s what made the
difference.”   

Adam, you have shown me what being a body tutor is all about. It’s not just about working out and eating
right. It’s about changing our lifestyles to promote all around health – physical, social, and mental. Like you
always say:

Achievement is the key to happiness!
Discipline is the key to achievement!
Sacrifice is the key to discipline!

You have made me a stronger person, and I want nothing more than to pass that strength on to others, one
person at a time. You have changed my life and I look forward to the opportunity to change other people’s
lives in the same way you changed mine; meal by meal, workout by workout, goal by goal.

Adam, I am now ready to help others take on the world and I truly hope people give me the opportunity to do
so. I know they won’t regret it!
