And that's exactly why the MBT lifestyle works so well. This isn't a liquid or cookie or a grapefruit diet. It's extremely sustainable, healthy and very realistic. That is the key! The basics are very simple: We want to eat lean proteins and complex carbs with as many veggies as possible.
When you become a client you'll learn about all of the MBT approved foods you can eat. It's a lot easier than you think! Really.
So many people ask me how I'm in such great shape and how my clients are doing so well. It comes down to consistency. If you consistently eat the right foods (which I'll 100% help you do) and exercise (which I'll also make sure of) then you'll absolutely see (and feel) the results you want! There is no question about it.
In the end eating these foods will make you healthier and happier, too. If you consistently (consistently being the key word) eat the right foods every 3-4 hours your body will work its magic. It has no choice but to.
