During your initial phone consult (typically 30-40 minutes), we'll talk about what a typical day of eating is like for you, what a typical day of exercise is like (or lack thereof, and that's okay) and together we'll create a diet and exercise plan that you feel comfortable with. One that you feel you can actually stick to. And most importantly, a plan that'll get us to your goal(s).

4. Throughout the day or at the end of the day (your choice), you will log in to our very easy + fun to use website and enter your meals or upload photos of your meals (if you'd like) and submit your daily report at the end of the day. The MBT website was designed, and built from scratch to be quick, fun and easy to use. (So easy my mom who is not computer savvy whatsoever totally gets it.)

5. The following morning, you'll receive an email alerting you that your Daily Feedback with your tutor's personal critique and suggestions is ready.
