When should I Change Up My Workout?
Repeating the same workouts for at least three weeks in a row allows you to build strength and endurance. It's impossible for your body to adapt to a workout in that short a time.
The key is to change things up when your body gets too comfortable. I have found that after three weeks your body will begin to adapt to a regimen. It's good to change things up after several weeks to allow your body to meet the demands of new challenges. This is the most effective way to avoid plateaus, increase your fitness level, and maximize your results.
So changing the order of your exercises, using dumbbells instead of barbells or vice versa, going for a run outside instead of running on the treadmill, changing your hand placement when doing push ups or running on a steep incline on the treadmill for a shorter period of time are all great ways to spice up your workout!
The bottom line: Change = Good!
We are your Mirror!

Studies have shown that when people are about to do something they know they shouldn’t do and are forced to look at themselves in a mirror they hold themselves back.
Scared?
Human beings hate to make commitments because commitments represent risk and risk is frightening.
That’s why we made this a risk-free proposition for you!
