Exercise isn’t only for your looks, you know!
[Note: I don’t go into specific exercises in this section. I mainly talk about why exercising is so great. However, if you’re a client you better believe that we’ll create a customized workout for you based on your goals.]
Less than half of Americans get enough exercise, despite health experts advice that it's the best way to control weight and stay healthy, say researchers from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
There are so many health reasons to exercise besides getting that flat stomach or gaining lean muscle mass, including a significantly reduced risk of heart disease, stroke, colon cancer, high blood pressure, and diabetes just to name a few!
How much exercise does it take to cut your risk? Less than you may think! Just 30 minutes of moderate exercise such as walking at a brisk pace five times a week. There is no way you can’t do that. (Actually there is. It’s called rationalizations. That’s where MyBodyTutor comes in.)
But just know that while you’re making yourself look great on the outside, you’re also making your insides work as well as they can!
