It's also the maniacal support we offer. We'll be there every step of the way to give you all sorts of tips, tactics and strategies.
I'm betting you don't need another dense program though. You don't need more proof either. What you need is a small prod, or perhaps a friendly whack. If you're like most people who join, you're looking for a spark, something to ignite your energy and get you started, and most importantly, KEEP you going!
We'll give you an easy to follow, customized diet with flexible options, no matter what your living situation is (i.e. dorm, apartment, etc.). Unlike other programs that encourage strict and limiting regimens, your body will never be deprived of essential nutrients and the vitamins it needs from meat, fish, carbohydrates, vegetables and fruit.
We'll also give you an easy to follow, customized exercise plan, depending on your health and fitness goals.
We work very hard to make sure you feel 100% comfortable with your diet and exercise plan! Because if you don't feel comfortable with your plan, you definitely won't stay consistent.
Once we come up with a diet (lifestyle) and exercise plan that you feel totally comfortable with, we'll set a 4 week goal, followed by a goal for your first week. Then we'll break the week down into even smaller, daily goals, so that you can rebuild the confidence and trust you need in yourself in order to be successful.
1. You tell us your goal(s). For example, getting that flat stomach, or fitting into that sexy pair of jeans, or gaining lean muscle mass, or losing weight, or being more energized, or looking amazing on your wedding day, or loving the way you look in a bathing suit, or feeling more vibrant and full of life, or being able to chase after your grandchildren, etc.
2. During our initial phone consultation we will learn what a typical day of eating is like for you, and what a typical day of exercise is like (or lack thereof, and that's okay!) and together we'll create a diet and exercise plan that you feel totally comfortable with. One that you feel excited about. And one that you feel you can actually stick to. Most importantly, a plan that'll help you reach your goal(s).
3. After your last meal for each day, you will log in to our very easy to use application (so easy my mom who is not computer savvy whatsoever totally gets it without any help at all!) and submit your daily report. The MBT application was designed, and built from scratch to be quick, fun and easy to use.
On your daily report, you will tell us exactly what you ate for that day - meal by meal, what you did for exercise that day (if it was an exercise day), and what you intend to do for exercise the following day (if it's an exercise day) along with a few other powerful questions.
Being honest with yourself (and us) every night will make ALL the difference. And lying to yourself is an awful feeling - which is precisely why accountability is so effective!
Studies show that when people are about to do something they know they shouldn't do and are forced to look at themselves in the mirror they hold themselves back.

4. The following morning, you'll receive an email alerting you that your Daily Feedback with our personal critique and suggestions is ready for your viewing pleasure.
