How to Exercise at Home
Let’s get a little creative here:
How about jugs of water, canned goods, candlesticks, or books? Anything that you can grip firmly and securely and that weighs at least 3 to 5 pounds will work. Also, don’t forget your own body weight.
How about doing some leg lifts? You can always do crunches, squats, lunges and wall squats. How about doing pushups with your hands and feet in different positions?
In fact, every day you can’t make it to the gym, you should at least do jumping jacks.
Open your mind up a bit, and use your imagination!
Get crazy with yourself!
