I live for food!
No you don't.
Look back on your life. Your favorite memories most likely don't involve food. They are experiences. Whether it's a hilarious memory or a fun vacation, life is about experiences and relationships.
I'm pretty certain your favorite memories are about the experiences you had with the relationships that mean the most to you. You don't live for food. You're just used to eating your emotions as opposed to dealing with them. Or you're just in the habit of making bad habits. Or you just mindlessly eat bad foods.
MyBodyTutor will help you overcome all of this and then some!
The problem with relying on food to make us happy is that it numbs our problems for just a little bit. It'll put you in a ‘food trance' where everything seems okay and safe for just the short time you're indulging. Of course, when you're done eating the problems are still there!
The exciting thing is when you actually deal with your emotions (as opposed to eating them or suppressing them); you'll have a much happier, satisfying and fulfilling life.
Note: A lot of people ask me why I write about happiness so much. Here's why:
Happiness is a choice. Choose to be happy. Choose to be sad. Choose to look at what you do have. Or choose to look at what you don't have.
It's your choice.
I find that when you do things every day to actively make yourself happy you'll realize you won't need food to make you happy. People habitually reach for food when they are stressed, angry or upset.
If you can learn to deal with your emotions (and figure out why you're eating - which you will!) you'll not only be happier but you'll also rely on food way less.
"Happiness is the meaning and the purpose of life, the whole aim and end of human existence." -Aristotle

Why it works

Before people have experienced MyBodyTutor for themselves, they wonder if it’s too simple to be effective.
But its simplicity is precisely what makes it so effective.

The Someday Disease
We’ve all said it. “Some day I’ll lose weight.” or, “Some day I’ll start going to the gym.”
Unfortunately, some day never comes. Today is the day!
