I encourage you to accept MBT’s daily invitation to feel better (however you define it) and make progress every day! I'm rooting for you!
Results ARE typical and to be expected with MyBodyTutor. See why at the end of this page.
If Alice can do it with MBT you can too. Yes, YOU! (No, we’re not yelling. We just really believe in what we do.)
Why it Worked (in her words)
As you consider whether you’d like to join the MBT family, the golden question is this: What are you seeking?
If losing weight was easy, everyone would be thin (and likely going wild piggy on nachos and cheesecake every day). The brutal truth is that losing weight is hard. Really hard! Without the proper guidance, it’s an extremely chaotic experience that leads to short term results with long term problems.
Weight loss is usually driven by a single desire – to feel better. This was certainly my starting point. I wanted to feel better in my clothes, doing yoga and when eating. Being career driven in nature, I also wanted to ensure I had an eating strategy for business trips and extra-long days at the office.
For almost 30 years, I’ve been trying to lose those last 15 pounds and keep them off. I had tried many things (sometimes multiple times) including Jenny Craig, MyFitnessPal, nutrition counseling and SlimFast. The guiding advice of what to eat kept changing, and dramatically so. I surrendered to the realization that I actually had no idea how to successfully lose weight.
Enter the night I read page 94 of Gretchen Rubin’s “Better Than Before” (hardcover) book and learned about the methodology of My Body Tutor. My google search for nasty reviews and/or warnings about the company soon followed. Unbelievably there were none, which is unheard of when it comes to a weight loss company! I kept re-reading the reviews of MBT membership granting access to a tutor’s help at all times and places via phone, text or/and email every day.
Every. Single. Day!?
I’d never heard of this!
After learning that Adam trains every tutor himself and is highly selective, I was ready to give MBT a shot at changing my life. And it ultimately did – but, remember how I said weight loss is really hard?
For a processed carbs addict like myself, rerouting the decades-long habit of face planting into bags of chips, baked goods and candy was kind of like having a psychosomatic meltdown at first. I often wanted to quit and do an open-mouthed backstroke through a sea of movie butter popcorn, grasshopper brownie bites and peanut M&Ms (wearing goggles of course – – gotta protect the eyes).
Interestingly, it’s in these moments of cravings, temptations and pitfalls that MBT’s philosophies and practices work best. MBT tutors know exactly how easy it is to collapse into the chaos of too many calories and the complicated, low emotions that soon follow. This is why Adam is so passionate about MBT’s promise to redirect cravings and rebuild your lifestyle with a wide variety of foods, ideas, activities and motivational techniques.
15 pounds gone forever. I couldn’t have done it without MBT!
I’m incredibly proud of you for coming to the realization that you don’t want to tackle the complicated realm of weight loss on your own. I encourage you to accept MBT’s daily invitation to feel better (however you define it) and make progress every day! I’m rooting for you!
15 Pounds gone.
What did you say to yourself as you were reading Alice’s story?
It’s fascinating when we start to notice our own behavior. Typically, we distance ourselves from that person. We find something they have that we don’t. We make them into something other than an ordinary, regular person. Then, we create an excuse for why we can’t achieve the same level of success.
The most important thing to realize: Whatever anyone else has done or become, you can do or become as well, with the right support, guidance and accountability.
Here’s the best part: I guarantee it or your money back. I sincerely believe in what we offer that much. I know MBT will be the last program you ever do or need.
