This is not a "weight loss program" but rather an entire new lifestyle and relationship with food therefore completely sustainable.
Results ARE typical and to be expected with MyBodyTutor. See why at the end of this page.
If Amy can do it with MBT you can too. Yes, YOU! (No, we’re not yelling. We just really believe in what we do.)
Why it worked in her own words
MBT is an amazing program. After my second pregnancy, I struggled to get the last of the baby weight off. I was carrying 20 extra pounds, but had resigned myself to being okay with the weight I was at, even though I really did want to lose it. I worked out a lot, and couldn’t seem to lose it.
I counted calories, but working out as often as I did I was unsure if I was eating too much or too little. My personal trainer is the one who gave me the idea of My Body Tutor so I told my husband about it.
He had been anxious to lose weight as well, so he signed us both up for the program right away – before I even knew he had done it (there was no time for excuses for me, I just had to jump right in).
I slowly felt my my relationship with food shifting. I began losing weight, without counting calories or portions but really tuning in to how I felt when I ate. I have developed a whole new way of looking at food and understanding how it affects my body and how I feel. I have lost over 20 pounds!
People have asked what I changed or done differently this time. It’s honestly hard to pinpoint exact things I have changed because it’s a paradigm shift with your relationship with food – yet it feels so subtle and natural.
This is not a “weight loss program” but rather an entire new lifestyle and relationship with food therefore completely sustainable. I have dieted plenty of times before but this one just stuck with me. I have no doubt in my mind I will easily maintain what I’ve been doing and continue to grow healthier and stronger.
Thanks again for everything – I feel awesome. 🙂
20 Pounds gone
What did you say to yourself as you were reading Amy’s story?
It’s fascinating when we start to notice our own behavior. Typically, we distance ourselves from that person. We find something they have that we don’t. We make them into something other than an ordinary, regular person. Then, we create an excuse for why we can’t achieve the same level of success.
The most important thing to realize: Whatever anyone else has done or become, you can do or become as well, with the right support, guidance and accountability.
Here’s the best part: I guarantee it or your money back. I sincerely believe in what we offer that much. I know MBT will be the last program you ever do or need.
