Carolyn had completed five half marathons and was a lifetime member of Weight Watchers. She didn’t have a significant amount of weight to lose when making the decision to join MyBodyTutor. So, why not do it on her own just like all the other times?
Just go to the store, buy the “diet” foods, start counting points, plan to give up chips, ice cream, cookies and cake. Portion control and lots of exercise. Sure sounded like so much work.
