How did you find out about us?
With a simple google search. I was at my lowest point and didn’t know where else to turn. I was truly lucky to find MBT.
What have you tried in the past?
I have worked with trainers and nutritionists (online and in-person) with varied success. None come even close to what MBT offers. I have never been able to lose as much weight. I’ve also completely changed my relationship with food, developed healthy habits and changed my mindset, which has enabled me to keep the weight off.
Any hesitations or doubts you had before joining?
Honestly, just the price though I’ve spent way more for other things. It seemed like a high cost at the time (I was so tired of trying and failing), but after utilizing the service for a month, I realized the incredible value that MBT offered.
What were your hopes before joining?
I was hoping to lose weight and get below my all time low of 235lbs.

MBT offered me hope. I’m not sure why I knew it would work, but I did.

Were your hopes met?
My hopes were exceeded. I never could have expected that I would get down to 225lbs. I’m still losing fat and building muscle. I started MBT 8 months ago at 291lbs and I’m currently 225lbs.
Anything else you think is worth sharing?
MBT was truly a life changing resource for me. It was short after I signed up for MBT that my wife told me she wanted a separation. This took my emotional well being to a new low. In the past, I would have turned to food, often bingeing and partaking in uncontrollable eating. However, MBT kept me on track and instead I used a renewed focus on nutrition and exercise as something to help me through this monumental life event. What did you say to yourself as you were reading Damon’s story?
It’s fascinating when we start to notice our own behavior. Typically, we distance ourselves from that person. We find something they have that we don’t. We make them into something other than an ordinary, regular person. Then, we create an excuse for why we can’t achieve the same level of success.
The most important thing to realize: Whatever anyone else has done or become, you can do or become as well, with the right support, guidance and accountability.
