When I started MBT I was 173 pounds and hated how I looked and felt. I was constantly tired and unmotivated. I always felt lethargic.

My before picture is on the first day of MBT. It’s the biggest stomach I’ve ever had, and that means a lot because I played 12 years of soccer and stopped being active for only one year due to work.
