Adam constantly reminded me that ‘slow and steady’ is the recipe for long term success. And he was right. He helped me develop a lifestyle I not only enjoyed but I loved. I felt great just after the first week of working with him.

If Danny can do it with MBT you can too. Yes, YOU! (No, we’re not yelling. We just really believe in what we do.)
Dan wanted to socialize more, which to him meant, “looking the part.” He knew his wardrobe was less than up-to-date, but until he got himself into shape, he was not interested in shopping. And so the cycle continued, until one day, he just got fed up with feeling lonely. Especially, since loneliness is so easily comforted with fast food.
The Action Plan
What Dan needed was a simple to follow routine. One that was very realistic, healthy, and most importantly, doable. He also needed to figure out what he really wanted deep down and why he wanted to embark on this worthwhile journey.
But Dan told me he’d always start a ‘program’ and then falter within a few weeks. Dan very quickly realized there was no better place to be!
Why it Worked (in his words)
Though I graduated from college a while ago already, I have not been able to get over some of the bad eating habits I had developed. Living with a roommate that shared my cravings, didn’t help either. We would get home from work too tired to cook or think about “healthy” meals, so we would order a couple of pizzas and down it with beer – the perfect equation for disaster!
The moment that really got me going was the day I happened to pass an outdoor display of mirrors and saw a reflection that looked somewhat familiar but a lot bigger – that bigger reflection was me! I was not happy – and – I was embarrassed! I started to look like the kids that I used to make fun of . . . not good. Unlike females, guys don’t feel comfortable talking about their looks (at least not me), especially in a negative way, but, I broached the subject with one of my buds, and he mentioned Adam’s company.
I had nothing to lose, well, actually, I had a lot of tonnage to lose, but I thought I would check it out. Turns out Adam understood exactly where I was coming from. He assured me that once I got on track, I would not become comatose without the fast foods. He also told me that working out would make me feel so great and he was right once again. In fact, he’s always right.
Adam’s program is so right on point and exactly what I needed. I never dreamed of being overweight. I never ‘intended’ to get like this. It just happened over time. Slow and steady.
Ironically, Adam constantly reminded me that ‘slow and steady’ is the recipe for long term success. And he was right. He helped me develop a lifestyle I not only enjoyed but I loved. I felt great just after the first week of working with him.
He also encouraged me to focus on the day to day benefits as opposed to the weight loss. He insisted that the weight would come off. And he was right.
Adam’s program is incredible and I wish him all the success and luck in the world but I know if he takes his own advice – and I know he lives what he teaches – not only will he be incredibly successful but he won’t need any luck whatsoever.
And neither will you. He’ll absolutely help you make it happen. Meal by meal. Workout by workout and day by day!
Try his program. You’ll see for yourself. Then you can say, “Dan, you were right!”

What did you say to yourself as you were reading Danny’s story?
It’s fascinating when we start to notice our own behavior. Typically, we distance ourselves from that person. We find something they have that we don’t. We make them into something other than an ordinary, regular person. Then, we create an excuse for why we can’t achieve the same level of success.
The most important thing to realize: Whatever anyone else has done or become, you can do or become as well, with the right support, guidance and accountability.
Here’s the best part: I guarantee it or your money back. I sincerely believe in what we offer that much. I know MBT will be the last program you ever do or need.
