I paid attention, my tutor paid attention, and my body and my perceptions began to change. With the help of my tutor I ate healthier and acted healthier.

If Kathy can do it with MBT you can too. Yes, YOU! (No, we’re not yelling. We just really believe in what we do.)
Why MBT Worked For Me? (In her words.)
I’ve always battled with weight. I’ve been up and down, it seems like, forever. I was never sure just what it was that kept me sliding in the direction of heavy. I ate healthy, or so I thought, I just ate a lot of healthy.
My wonderful partner was not great at being supportive. He is more of a nagger and came at what he thought of as support from the critical end. One day I read about My Body Tutor, on Gretchen Rubin’s Happiness Project blog site, and I decided ‘that’s for me!’ I wanted supportive, positive feedback. I wanted and needed it every day – otherwise it was just too easy to fall off track. I wanted somebody to care that I ate healthy, that I was trying, that I was moving in the direction of a healthier, happier, THINNER me.
I didn’t tell anyone. I didn’t want the negative feedback that usually comes with a diet announcement. I certainly didn’t want feedback from my partner; he might have commented that here was one more thing I would try to no avail.
So, I started submitting my meals, my workouts, my intentions, to my body tutor and… something happened. I paid attention, my tutor paid attention, and my body and my perceptions began to change. With the help of my tutor I ate healthier and acted healthier. I also grew more thankful and purposeful in the process. Strangely enough, my partner became my biggest supporter. Without asking, he helped me cook right, eat right, be successful.
I dropped 18 pounds. For me those pounds are the difference between feeling pudgy and feeling fit. Clothes fit, life fits… what a difference a day makes. That day, for me, was the day I took a chance and joined My Body Tutor.
18 Pounds gone.
What did you say to yourself as you were reading Kathy’s story?
It’s fascinating when we start to notice our own behavior. Typically, we distance ourselves from that person. We find something they have that we don’t. We make them into something other than an ordinary, regular person. Then, we create an excuse for why we can’t achieve the same level of success.
The most important thing to realize: Whatever anyone else has done or become, you can do or become as well, with the right support, guidance and accountability.
Here’s the best part: I guarantee it or your money back. I sincerely believe in what we offer that much. I know MBT will be the last program you ever do or need.
