What genuinely shocked me was the impact that Adam's advice on nutrition had on my body. Not only does he understand what to eat in order to lose weight and sustain it but he understands the psychology of weight loss better than anyone.
Results ARE typical and to be expected with MyBodyTutor. See why at the end of this page.
If Paul can do it with MBT you can too. Yes, YOU! (No, we’re not yelling. We just really believe in what we do.)
Paul has been a regular member of his gym for the past two years. In addition to hitting goals at the gym he also runs several miles a few times a week.
And in Paul’s words – he “ate pretty well”.
Sounds like there should be an observable, significant change.
There was not and as a result Paul was becoming extremely frustrated!
The Action Plan
We needed to provide Paul with a healthy, sustainable food plan before he became even more frustrated.
Paul was unaware that 70% to 80% of his results were coming from his diet. Clearly, his definition of eating “pretty well” was not delivering the desired results.
Along with a workable food plan, we also provided Paul with daily support and accountability. Consistency is key to any area of improvement and the daily support and accountability helped him stay consistent.
Also, Paul was a frequent flier at dining establishments, five nights a week as well as daily lunches. There were lots of business dinners and drinks. This would have been a major issue with other weight loss programs but not with us. We enabled Paul (in a good way), to make smart choices and feel no guilt – even in restaurant settings it was never an issue.
Why it Worked (in his words)
I had been working out for a couple of years, and it had made a difference but nothing huge. I was running several miles, a few times a week, and visiting the gym. I also felt like I ate pretty well. Yet, I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted to see and it was very frustrating.
When I noticed one of my running friends started losing weight I asked him what he was doing and he enthusiastically recommended MyBodyTutor. I decided I’d give it a shot.

I really enjoyed the daily reporting aspect of the program. It’s what enables the consistency which is key to results. Knowing a real person was going to be reading it and giving me feedback on it daily made all the difference.
Within a few months, I lost about 20 pounds. Crucially, my fat percentage went from around 12% to 8%. To me the difference in the way I felt was dramatic. I had no idea that changing my eating habits would have such an impact. I still go to the gym and MBT helped me optimize what I do there to have even more impact as well.
It’s important to note that I eat out a lot. Five or more nights a week and every lunch. That means business dinners (and drinks) almost every week night. With my MBT’s guidance I was able to make smart choices even in restaurant situations, and feel good about what I ate. It was never an issue.
I highly recommend MBT!

What did you say to yourself as you were reading Paul’s story?
It’s fascinating when we start to notice our own behavior. Typically, we distance ourselves from that person. We find something they have that we don’t. We make them into something other than an ordinary, regular person. Then, we create an excuse for why we can’t achieve the same level of success.
The most important thing to realize: Whatever anyone else has done or become, you can do or become as well, with the right support, guidance and accountability.
Here’s the best part: I guarantee it or your money back. I sincerely believe in what we offer that much. I know MBT will be the last program you ever do or need.
