For most of my life, I would eat my food, your food, anyone’s food, whatever was on the table.
And without much consequence. But this lifestyle didn’t last forever, and my choices caught up with me.
At my peak, I was 206 pounds.
I would get out of breath just putting on my socks and shoes. I would huff and struggle my way through, and even when I finished, I would have to stop for a moment to catch my breath.
I felt terrible and WAS NOT happy where I was at physically.
