What was life like before MyBodyTutor? Life was fine, but I don’t just want to be fine, I want to live a great life in all regards. At 6’4 and 218, I was not too heavy in comparison to other men at 55. But I did not like what I saw in photos nor did I have the energy I need to keep up with my twelve year old. After seeing a photo of myself where I looked heavy and bloated, I knew I had to do something.
What have you tried in the past? I’ve done Weight Watchers but needed more support to make sure I stayed on track. I had also done South Beach but found that unsustainable (I love carbs).
Any hesitations or doubts you had before joining? Yes. I worried the monthly cost might not be worth it and the online interaction would not be enough. I was wrong!
What were your hopes before joining? I wanted to lose 19 lbs so that my weight would start with a “1” when I got on the scale…199.

I have a lot more energy and feel like I can easily keep up with my son. I also feel in control around food and no longer stress eat.
