If you already know how to eat and what to do at the gym, this program is the catalyst you need to do those things. And if you don’t, this program will help you too.
Results ARE typical and to be expected with MyBodyTutor. See why at the end of this page.
If Stephen can do it with MBT you can too. Yes, YOU! (No, we’re not yelling. We just really believe in what we do.)
Having kids isn’t a reason to let yourself go. It’s every reason to be the best version of yourself. That’s why I love Stephen’s story, which started last Father’s Day when he saw a photo of himself and didn’t like it. He wanted to lose weight and feel better.
In his words: “Life was fine but I want to live a great life in all regards. I did not like what I saw in photos nor did I have the energy I need to keep up with my twelve year old. He was worried the monthly cost might not be worth it and the online interaction would not be enough. “I was wrong!”
Stephen wanted to lose 20 pounds. Even with his busy schedule, we got there by December and he’s been maintaining it easily ever since.

What was life like before MyBodyTutor? Life was fine, but I don’t just want to be fine, I want to live a great life in all regards. At 6’4 and 218, I was not too heavy in comparison to other men at 55. But I did not like what I saw in photos nor did I have the energy I need to keep up with my twelve year old. After seeing a photo of myself where I looked heavy and bloated, I knew I had to do something.
What have you tried in the past? I’ve done Weight Watchers but needed more support to make sure I stayed on track. I had also done South Beach but found that unsustainable (I love carbs).
Any hesitations or doubts you had before joining? Yes. I worried the monthly cost might not be worth it and the online interaction would not be enough. I was wrong!
What were your hopes before joining? I wanted to lose 19 lbs so that my weight would start with a “1” when I got on the scale…199.
What made you sign up for MBT? Very sound approach, emails from Adam were smart and made sense.
How is MBT different from the billion and one other companies out there? MyBodyTutor gets to the root of WHY you eat what you do versus just telling you what not to eat. In fact, I eat more food on MBT than before which is one of the reasons why it’s so sustainable.
Let’s talk about results. How is your life now? Great! I surpassed my goal of 199 and went to 195. I now float between 197 to 198 and adjust my eating or working out accordingly! I have a lot more energy and feel like I can easily keep up with my son. I also feel in control around food and no longer stress eat.
Anything else that you think is worth sharing? If you already know how to eat and what to do at the gym, this program is the catalyst you need to do those things. And if you don’t, this program will help you too.
I had to go out and buy all new trousers (worth every penny!). My new 34 inch waist (maybe even 33), relationship with food, energy I have, and the compliments I get are well worth the monthly fee. Thank you. I’m truly grateful for this program.
Here’s an email from Stephen’s body tutor:
20 pounds gone.
What did you say to yourself as you were reading Stephen’s story?
It’s fascinating when we start to notice our own behavior. Typically, we distance ourselves from that person. We find something they have that we don’t. We make them into something other than an ordinary, regular person. Then, we create an excuse for why we can’t achieve the same level of success.
The most important thing to realize: Whatever anyone else has done or become, you can do or become as well, with the right support, guidance and accountability.
Here’s the best part: I guarantee it or your money back. I sincerely believe in what we offer that much. I know MBT will be the last program you ever do or need.
