As long as I can remember, I have been living and breathing fitness. To say that I need to exercise each day is an understatement. I exercise not only for my physical health and fitness but for my mental health, as well.
For years, I have been helping others with workout ideas, techniques and routines in the gym. Because of this, I decided to get NESTA certified and am now a personal trainer in NYC.
Amazingly, in college, I was overweight even though I exercised all the time.
How could this be?!
That’s when I realized just how important nutrition is. In fact, it’s way more important than exercise is!
I became just as obsessed with nutrition as exercise. And I lost over 40 pounds, and have kept it off for 10 years and counting. It is hard work each day but well worth it!

I will help you find all sorts of ways to incorporate exercise and diet into your life seamlessly. We will find a routine that works for you! Helping others achieve this lifestyle is my biggest passion and I will work endlessly WITH you to help you achieve all your health and fitness goals.
