Hannah M. Hi! My name is Hannah, I’m a certified Nutrition Coach and healthy living advocate. One unique part of what I have to offer as your coach is that I am a diehard FOODIE. Growing up in an area surrounded by farmland, I developed an appreciation for fresh and healthy foods. My mom taught me to cook when I was young and I have been doing it and loving it ever since. The feeling of making others happy with my cooking is so rewarding, and even better when I am nourishing them body and soul.

I went on to study Public Health and my love for helping others expanded. I am dedicated to helping others become the healthiest and happiest they can be! After working in community health and nutrition, I learned all about developing programs and meal plans tailored to specific people/groups. I became obsessed with knowing every detail dealing with food and ingredients, so I studied to become a Nutrition Coach. It’s been a journey learning all about where our food comes from and deciphering what is healthy and whole and what’s not. But I have it down to a science, and I cannot wait to share everything I know with you. I want you to have a fantastic, positive relationship with food just like I do!
