Micki Hello! My name is Micki!

I worked for over 20 years as a cardiac nurse and I saw firsthand the results of an unhealthy lifestyle. For a long time, I thought I could do whatever made me feel good in the moment and everything would be just fine. Instead, I started to feel tired all the time, I hurt all over and I was having a hard time to focus and think clearly. I was deeply unhappy and overweight. I realized that I had to take a long hard look at my life and make some changes. The decisions of today were having an impact on my future life.

I come to you now from a place of happiness and vitality. I have arrived here by experiencing challenges, struggles and victories. During the ups and downs, I made connections with inspiring people who had something to teach me. I have focused my education on habits, motivation, and the process of change. I love helping people. I want to help you build your own best life full of health, wellness, and vitality.

With many things, it’s hard to know where to start. I invite you to start with signing up for My Body Tutor. As your tutor, I want to help you change your perspective and your habits. Small positive changes will grow to bigger results in your life. MBT is a partnership that focuses on choices and why we make them. Together, we would work through good days and bad ones to understand the triggers of behavior. I believe that our MBT partnership could result in your higher energy levels, increased physical movement, better sleep, and good nutrition.
