SerenaHealth is the one constant in life that you have the power to improve. I am here to help you change your life, as I too understand how it feels to struggle with food. This is why I became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and read everything I could get my hands on about nutrition.

Helping others has always been my greatest ambition in life. That desire is fulfilled daily by listening and responding to the needs of clients, even on their worst and most self-doubted days. It is the sole purpose of my career.

Before I made all of the positive changes, I was a lost, young woman with no self-appreciation. I did not eat properly, and would smoke cigarettes to curb my hunger. When I did eat, it was usually in excess, and mostly comprised of sugar and/or fat-filled junk.
