Tania Hey there, I’m Tania.

The biggest lesson I have learned in life… is that everything we want is on the other side of fear.

The old version of me was a ‘collector’ of knowledge, reading books, taking courses, learning everything about nutrition and fitness. And yet, I was still yo-yo dieting, battling depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue, bloating, joint inflammation… and my self-esteem was so low that I started having panic attacks just leaving the house!

I wasn’t applying the knowledge. I knew WHAT I needed to do, but I couldn’t figure out HOW to make myself actually do it.

Why? Because I was making ALL of the excuses to stay inside my comfort zone.

Then with the help of a coach I finally learned to use fear and discomfort as a compass to guide me forward, instead of hiding behind it… and this was a complete GAME CHANGER! I stopped making excuses, and started taking ACTION!

Step by step, I embarked on a journey of transformation. One day at a time. One habit at a time.

I figured out how to design a nutrition and lifestyle plan that was uniquely perfect for ME. It incorporates my multiple intolerances (gluten, lactose, fructose and egg!) and is manageable and flexible enough for me to maintain forever, without feeling overwhelmed, deprived, or like I’m ‘on a diet’.

I lost 25kg (55lb) while still eating chocolate nearly every day!!

Once I started pushing through fear, I smashed other goals too, like getting into trail running and being in a relay team for an 80k Ultramarathon which is something I had only ever DREAMED about.

I am certified in Weight Management, Nutrition Coaching, Mindset and Eating Psychology, Holistic Counselling and Meditation Teaching. Also a member of the Global Weight Management Federation, and an Executive Contributor for Brainz Magazine.

Now I’m on a mission to spend the rest of my life helping others transform their lives too! So here I am, ready to walk beside you on YOUR journey, and help you push through discomfort, take action, and CRUSH your goals!!

Not just your body goals, but your mindset and life goals too. I truly care about YOU and will take the time to get to know what makes you tick, what your fears and dreams are, what keeps you awake at night and what pumps passion through your veins! I am your rock through thick and thin and a person in your life that you can truly count on to show up and BE THERE, and never judge.

My coaching style is a mixture of the Partner and the Teacher, I do like to geek out on the sciencey stuff every now and then. I believe in showing up as the most real and authentic version of myself, not afraid to show my flaws. I’m not perfect, and I will never expect you to be either!
