Health is the one constant in life that you have the power to change. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Weight Loss Specialist, and (soon to be) Certified Nutrition Coach, I am confident in helping you facilitate that change.

Helping others has always been my passion. You can count on me to listen to and guide you through even your worst and most self-doubted days, especially because I’ve been in your shoes.

Before finding my love for fitness and intuitive eating, I was lost. I struggled with binge eating, body dysmorphia, excess drinking, and even smoking cigarettes for a few years. Over time, I had enough. I started exercising to get STRONGER instead of smaller. I prioritized making food choices that made me feel good both physically AND mentally. Before I knew it, I was the happiest I’d ever been. The best part is, YOU can do it, too (even if it doesn’t feel like it yet)!

MyBodyTutor (MBT) allows you to turn your life around with the constant guidance of your tutor. It is personalized and accountability-based, which allows you to navigate through life (and life’s struggles) knowing you always have someone to turn to.

What drew me in the most was the accountability that MBT provides its clients. As a client, you get to check in and receive feedback every day. Consistency and accountability are two of the biggest keys to clients’ success. Instead of trying to overhaul your entire lifestyle at once (as many fad diets do), we take it one step at a time in order to ensure REAL habit change that will last a lifetime. Each individual is unique, so there truly isn’t a “one size fits all” when it comes to wellness. That’s why the personalized approach of MBT is so important. Not only do you receive daily feedback, but you receive individualized advice on how to reach your specific goals. Every decision that is made is designed to fit your journey.
