Yes, it’s a salad but this isn’t rabbit food. It’s a STEAK salad and a killer one at that. Your favorite, what’s on special, what the butcher recommends – you truly can’t go wrong.

A grain bowl is a great dish to have in your regular rotation. Endlessly customizable, use the protein and veggies you like best (or what’s on hand) – the key is to have a savory, irresistible sauce to tie it all together. We like to sub out white rice for either brown rice or quinoa to up the protein. Make extra, you’ll want leftovers for lunch the next day.
