Here's how it all started.

Jeremy (a former Marine) had been gaining weight for months, couldn't stop it, and knew he had to do something about it.

When he found MyBodyTutor, he knew right away that the daily accountability and one-on-one coaching were just what he needed.

But, he still didn’t join.

Why not? In his words, “I don’t need help. I can do this on my own.”

He made a deal with himself.

Jeremy said, “I'll give myself 30 days to make a change on my own, and if I haven’t made any progress by the end of that month, I'll join."

A month went by, but the numbers on the scales didn't change, so he made good on his word and joined. And it turned out to be a life changing decision… and the Marine Challenge was born!
