I've gotten in good shape before, through eating less and doing more activity. What was missing for me was the consistency. I'd get in good shape but then lose a lot of my progress.
When I heard about the program on the My First Million (MFM) podcast, my goal was to get in good shape and find a strategy to stay in shape, especially being able to become more consistent and keep it up while other stuff comes up in life so that getting in shape is not really a priority.
I got into way better shape than I ever thought I could. I was in good shape before, but never got to have visible abs all the time.
Also, I now have a clear strategy and plan to keep things up while traveling and while having a normal life.
I still have some weight fluctuation, but I'm very aware of what's happening and how I can make up for it.

I liked that my coach, Chrystal, was very attentive to my needs. At the beginning, she was more on the supportive side, but when I told her I wanted her to be more critical of what I was doing, she changed her feedback style, and it worked great for me.
For me, what was most useful was the commitment and consistency aspect of it. I think I already had the knowledge necessary to get in shape, but Chrystal's feedback was great to keep me to it. Her telling me that I should have gotten more steps in or do one extra workout that I had planned but didn't really made me go through some of the slumps I had in my focus.

It's fascinating when we start to notice our own behavior. Typically, we distance ourselves from that person. We find something they have that we don't. We make them into something other than an ordinary, regular person. Then, we create an excuse for why we can't achieve the same level of success.
The most important thing to realize: Whatever anyone else has done or become, you can do or become as well, with the right support, guidance and accountability.
