I've always been very active & enjoyed eating whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted, with very minimal weight fluctuation. I got pregnant with my son at 36 & stayed extremely active during pregnancy, but followed every whim and craving food-wise...and despite people telling me the weight would fall off while breastfeeding, I was only able to lose 15 or so of the ~40 lbs I gained while pregnant.
