Without accountability it’s far too easy to quit. If you *really* want to make progress, it’s accountability—not motivation—that will get you there.
Results ARE typical and to be expected with MyBodyTutor. See why at the end of this page.
If Jeremy can do it with MyBodyTutor you can too. Yes, YOU! (No, we’re not yelling. We just really believe in what we do.)
Why it Worked (in his words):
My weight had been creeping up for months, and I had tried everything I could to slow it down…
I was reading diet books, working out, and counting calories, but nothing seemed to work. Then, by chance, I ran across Adam and MyBodyTutor.
As I read about accountability and daily consistency, I said, “This is perfect. It’s exactly like what I’ve been looking for.”
But, I still didn’t sign up. Why? Well, for one, I was convinced that I could do it on my own.
So, I made a deal with myself.
I gave myself 30 days to make a change, and if I hadn’t made any progress by the end of the month, I’d join.
A month came and went and the scales didn’t budge, so that’s when I wrote Adam. I told him I wanted to be 190 pounds again — that was my prime weight when I was in the Marine Corps. But that was also a number I hadn’t seen in a long, so I was a little skeptical.
After talking with Adam, he matched me with my coach, who helped create a meal plan, which wasn’t the easiest thing. I had a long list of foods I didn’t want to eat, mostly veggies. But, more importantly, I started to notice all the reasons why I ate. And knowing the reasons why is like stepping out of a fog and seeing everything clearly.
I realized I wasn’t eating just because I was hungry. I was eating when I was bored, when I wanted to avoid doing something, and when I wanted to change how I felt. And understanding why you eat is a game-changer.
Over the next few months, losing weight felt simple. And not because I was eating less. I was eating more than ever. It was because I was eating differently.
Having accountability was key to it all. Knowing that my coach was there to hold me accountable made all the difference. It’s easy to make and break a promise to yourself. But I didn’t want to break a promise I made to my coach.
So how are things now? I’m down 40 pounds, and I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been. And the way I eat has completely changed.
When I recommend MyBodyTutor to someone, I tell them this: There is a cost, sure, but you are investing in yourself, and you’ll never go wrong with that. And if you *really* want to make progress, it’s accountability — not motivation — that will get you there.
40 Pounds gone.
What did you say to yourself as you were reading Jeremy’s story?
It’s fascinating when we start to notice our own behavior. Typically, we distance ourselves from that person. We find something they have that we don’t. We make them into something other than an ordinary, regular person. Then, we create an excuse for why we can’t achieve the same level of success.
The most important thing to realize: Whatever anyone else has done or become, you can do or become as well, with the right support, guidance and accountability.
Here’s the best part: I guarantee it or your money back. I sincerely believe in what we offer that much. I know MBT will be the last program you ever do or need.
