One of my favorite parts about my transformation is how much more energy I have throughout the day. I'm so much more productive. I used to wake up and feel "foggy" for the first few hours of the day. Not anymore. I love the way I look but I also love the way I feel.

The Problem:

Neville wanted a six pack but did not think it was possible. He had tried numerous diet and exercise plans in the past but they were very restrictive. The more rigid a diet/exercise plan is, the greater the chance you will not be able to stick with it. And, of course, sticking with a food and exercise plan is the only way to get and feel the results you want.

I set a goal of getting a six-pack even though I didn’t think it was possible. I always thought, “I’m just not one of those guys”. Boy, was I proven wrong.

I was told exactly what to do in order to reach my goals and then most importantly, I was held accountable and supported on a daily basis by my coach. It’s one thing to know what to do. Nothing ever worked for me in the past because it was solely based on willpower. I’d eventually lose steam and give up and revert back to my old ways. MBT is the only program that felt easier and easier as time went on. I was still able to eat my favorite foods. Not all day, every day of course but more than enough. I never felt deprived.

Before I started MBT, I knew at least a dozen people who had reached their goals and then some with MBT. I wasn’t sure what all the hype was about but now I totally get it.
