I no longer feel like I have the burden to bear in life - be obsessed about my weight for the rest of my life or be fat. MBT has given me the hacks, knowledge, and mindset to do all of this in stride.
Results ARE typical and to be expected with MyBodyTutor. See why at the end of this page.
If Philip can do it with MBT you can too. Yes, YOU! (No, we’re not yelling. We just really believe in what we do.)
How did you find out about us?
A former MBT client told me about the program. I asked him how he’d been able to get in such good shape and he said accountability with My Body Tutor. His success gave me the impression that MBT was all about results toward a full, healthy lifestyle, not just pure weight loss.
What have you tried in the past?
I’ve tried a few different things over the past 20 years – running combined with calorie reduction, Atkins Diet, Weight Watchers. Every time I committed to something I was able to see some progress but nothing super long lasting or life-changing in terms of the food I was consistently putting in my body. I’m sure it was because they were missing the long-term, objective accountability that comes with MBT.
Any hesitations or doubts you had before joining?
I really had a strong sense that MBT could work. My only hesitation was that my business would have to take a back seat and would suffer. I felt like I might not have time to commit. So it actually took me a year before I signed up.
What were your hopes before joining?
I hoped I could lose weight, get stronger and healthier, look good and feel good, and create new, long-term habits and attitudes about myself and my future. Before MBT, I really had this belief that with my health it was all or nothing – either I 100% laser-focus on health and weight to keep it in check OR don’t and continue to gain weight throughout my life. I hoped MBT would help me find some middle ground and help me make staying healthy a part of my default path vs being some on/off switch.
What made you sign up MBT?
I knew it would work based on my friends results. I know (we all know) “what” to do to be healthier. I didn’t need another program telling me to eat more fruits and vegetables or hit the gym. What I needed was someone to hold me accountable to better choices that I knew I should make along with helping me change my relationship with food and exercise.
How is MBT different from the billion and one other companies out there?
Accountability, customization, and flexibility. With MBT there is a real, dedicated person checking on you daily. And the actual eating plan and workout plan is super personalized and flexible according to my changing likes and dislikes.
Let’s talk about results. How is your life is now?
My life it great now! I’m super fit and look great in my new clothes. I’m confident about my ability to make good eating choices long-term. And I no longer feel like I have the burden to bear in life – be obsessed about my weight for the rest of my life or be fat. MBT has given me the hacks, knowledge, and mindset to do all of this in stride. My hopes were definitely met. Oh, and my business had the best year ever while on MBT. I just wish I didn’t wait so long to get started.
Anything else that you think is worth sharing?
It’s worth the price. Put your money toward something that can actually change your life and future.

What did you say to yourself as you were reading Philip’s story?
It’s fascinating when we start to notice our own behavior. Typically, we distance ourselves from that person. We find something they have that we don’t. We make them into something other than an ordinary, regular person. Then, we create an excuse for why we can’t achieve the same level of success.
The most important thing to realize: Whatever anyone else has done or become, you can do or become as well, with the right support, guidance and accountability.
Here’s the best part: I guarantee it or your money back. I sincerely believe in what we offer that much. I know MBT will be the last program you ever do or need.
