I tried joining a gym, working with a personal trainer, Weight Watchers, logging my food, crash diets, binge exercising, you name it and I probably tried it.
Before MyBodyTutor, I was incredibly unhappy. My daughter had just spent 11 days in the hospital, and I was at the heaviest I had ever been. I was afraid it wouldn't stop, and I would just keep getting more unhealthy, more out of shape, and more unhappy.
