I really feel like MyBodyTutor helped me reevaluate my relationship with food and address the underlying issues.
Results ARE typical and to be expected with MyBodyTutor. See why at the end of this page.
So, I’ve had success in the past getting in shape, but the minute I let the gas off of strict macro counting and intense workouts, my weight would creep up.
I struggled to put good habits into practice. I was dealing with a lot emotionally and feeling unmotivated with zero desire to be disciplined, which isn’t really like me.
I felt extremely discouraged, like no matter what I did, I wouldn’t be able to accomplish my goals, even though I knew I wasn’t really trying. Mentally, I couldn’t get over some hurdles to get going. I needed a boost of encouragement and accountability.
When I heard Brandon Turner talk about MyBodyTutor on the BiggerPockets podcast, my hope was to see movement on the scale without killing myself. I wanted to break my food addiction and have someone help me, even when I didn’t want to do it.
I set out to lose 14 pounds during the process, and I did that. I’ve broken my Starbucks/sugar addiction. I eat good amounts of protein without trying to consume an entire dry chicken every day. I don’t let my feelings or urges rule my choices.
I really feel like MyBodyTutor helped me reevaluate my relationship with food and address the underlying issues. They taught me to be more mindful, listen to my body, and only eat when I was hungry. They also helped me see that I was eating my feelings instead of sitting with them. And now, food is just food rather than a crutch or an addiction.
Also, there was no shame involved when you weren’t 100%, which really took the intensity out of the process while still accomplishing goals.
If you’re struggling to find long-term success with your health goals, I highly suggest MyBodyTutor. A sure way to success is to have an extra set of eyes on what you’re doing to accomplish your goals and hold you accountable.
What did you say to yourself as you were reading Priscilla's story?
It's fascinating when we start to notice our own behavior. Typically, we distance ourselves from that person. We find something they have that we don't. We make them into something other than an ordinary, regular person. Then, we create an excuse for why we can't achieve the same level of success.
The most important thing to realize: Whatever anyone else has done or become, you can do or become as well, with the right support, guidance and accountability.
Here's the best part: I guarantee it or your money back. I sincerely believe in what we offer that much. I know MBT will be the last program you ever do or need.
