How you found out about us?

An Internet search! I was skeptical but knew I needed a personalized approach and wasn't finding other options.

What have you've tried in the past?

Mostly I have tried to go at it on my own. I lost a good amount of weight a few years ago but it all came back. I never changed my relationship with food. Several months before starting MBT, I hired a trainer, and while my physical fitness improved, the scale didn't move.

Any hesitations you had before joining?

Yes! I totally changed my eating habits in a way that did not feel like a diet. Amazing! I lost 35 pounds in 4 months and have kept it off for 3 months so far. I reached my goal and a lot of learning happened as well. People are wowed when they see me and my eating habits are totally different. I don't count calories. Instead, I follow principles that MBT has taught me and it's changed how I think about food for good.

Anything else that you think is worth sharing?
