If you're serious about making progress, it's accountability, not motivation, that'll get you there.

For a while there, my weight was on a slow and steady climb, and no matter what I tried, I just couldn't put on the brakes...

I was knee-deep in all sorts of diet books, hitting the gym hard, and counting calories like a pro, but the scales didn't move.

Then, one day, I came across this guy named Adam and his thing called MyBodyTutor. He was all about the power of accountability to keep you on track - and it hit me, "This is exactly what I've been looking for!"

Now, did I immediately jump on board? Nope. I was dead set on doing it solo, you know?

So, here's what I did instead: I made a deal with myself and gave myself a solid 30 days to turn things around. If I wasn't feeling it or seeing any change in the mirror, then I promised myself I'd give it a shot.

A month came and went, and the scales didn't move, so that's when I wrote Adam. I told him that I wanted to get back down to 190 pounds, my fighting weight back in my Marine Corps days. But truth be told, I hadn't seen that number in a while, so I had my doubts.

Adam set me up with a coach who helped me come up with a meal plan. That was no piece of cake, especially with my list of no-go foods, mostly veggies.

But the real eye-opener was when I started to get why I was eating so much. Let me tell you, getting to the "why" of eating is like stepping out of a fog. I realized that my eating wasn't just about hunger. I was eating when I was bored, trying to avoid something, or for literally any other reason.

Over the next few months, dropping weight felt easy. And not because I wasn't eating. Heck, I was eating more than before. The trick was that I was eating differently.

But you know what made the biggest difference? Accountability.

Having someone hold you to your word changes everything. I mean, it's so easy to let ourselves off the hook, but breaking a promise to someone else? That's a whole different story.

So, where am I at now? I'm down 40 pounds, and I'm in the best shape I've ever been.

If someone were to ask me about MyBodyTutor, here's what I'd say: Yeah, there's a cost involved, no doubt. But think of it as an investment in yourself. And you can never go wrong with investing in yourself, can you?

If you're serious about making progress, it's accountability, not motivation, that'll get you there.

What did you say to yourself as you were reading Jeremy's story?

It's fascinating when we start to notice our own behavior. Typically, we distance ourselves from that person.

We find something they have that we don't. We make them into something other than an ordinary, regular person. Then, we create an excuse for why we can't achieve the same level of success.

The most important thing to realize: Whatever anyone else has done or become, you can do or become as well, with the right support, guidance and accountability.

Here's the best part: I guarantee it or your money back. I sincerely believe in what we offer that much. I know MBT will be the last program you ever do or need.
