Hello there! My name is Kathleen, and I am so excited to be a part of My Body Tutor! I have a passion for helping people break away from the diet mentality and work towards a sustainable healthy lifestyle. I don't believe in diets and deprivation. I believe in making healthy choices, developing healthy habits and having an awareness of why we are eating.

I have been an emotional eater and have struggled with weight my entire life. I have been on and off diets hundreds of times. Depriving myself made me want what I believed I couldn't have, so desperately, it would cause me to panic and binge. After many years of yo-yo dieting, I realized it wasn't the food! I needed to learn the difference between physical and mental hunger. I also found that I couldn't do it alone, I needed accountability!

I am a wife and busy mom of three very active children, one of whom is a special needs child. My life is busy and bumps in the road occur often. I know this happens for you too. I can relate to your struggles. My family needs me and yours needs you. In order to be able to take care of your family you must take care of yourself.

I decided to be an accountability coach because I don't want you to feel you have to go it alone. I know how that feels. Most people know what to do but doing it is a different story. I want to be the person who supports you, keeps you accountable and helps you reach a healthier you.

I continue to work hard every day to stick to my healthy habits. I have great days, good days and slip from time to time. I am human and we are never perfect. The struggle is real. I have been there. And I am here to help you learn strategies to reach your goals. I am 100% behind you…. to help you be a healthier version of you!
