I’ve tried a few different things over the past 20 years - running combined with calorie reduction, Atkins Diet, Weight Watchers. Every time I committed to something I was able to see some progress but nothing super long lasting or life-changing in terms of the food I was consistently putting in my body. My life it great now! I’m super fit and look great in my new clothes. I’m confident about my ability to make good eating choices long-term. It's fascinating when we start to notice our own behavior. Typically, we distance ourselves from that person. We find something they have that we don't. We make them into something other than an ordinary, regular person. Then, we create an excuse for why we can't achieve the same level of success.
