I've always been very active and have exercised regularly. My diet & nutrition, on the other hand, was lacking direction and purpose. My nutrition was neglected for a long time.
Before I started MyBodyTutor, I was months away from turning 40 years old. I wasn't sure if my healthiest days were now behind me. My inconsistent diet and lack of knowledge about nutrition had me doubting whether I'd ever be as healthy and fit looking as I was in my 20s.
